I kept installing PC optimizers on my own gaming machine and getting the same thing: a red number of "issues found," a progress bar, and no idea what had actually changed. Some of them cleaned the registry, which does nothing. Some quietly disabled services I needed. None of them would tell me what they did in plain language, and none of them could put it back.

So I built the one I wanted. Tempered reads the system, explains what it sees, proposes one measured change at a time, and waits for you to say yes. Every change is logged with a before and after number and a revert button. If nothing is worth changing, it says so — an empty screen is a good result, not a failed sale.

It runs no kernel drivers, injects nothing into games, and never cleans the registry. I sign every build under my own name because I'd want to know who made the thing that's reading my PC. If something in it is wrong, tell me: [email protected] reaches me directly.
