No. Tempered does not use registry cleaning as a performance claim and does not inflate a list of invented issues.

02Will it change settings without asking?

No. Recommendations explain the expected effect and wait for approval. Changes are recorded in the Undo Center.

Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit.

04Is this another PC health score?

No. Tempered shows live readings and records every change with its old and new value. There is no score.
